Independence Day Celebration at IMS Ghaziabad

In order to remember the glory of our Independence Day, Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad ( IMS)  with its faculties, staff members and students had gathered to celebrate the ’67th Independence Day’. The Institute witnessed the presence of Shri Teluram Kambhoj Ji, Mayor-Ghaziabad as the Chief Guest and Mr. Kamal Sekri, owner of Hint group of publications as the Guest of Honour. Shri Rakesh Chharia Ji and Shri Ramesh Chaudhary Ji, Executive Council Members  of IMS Group of Institutions and Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director – IMS Ghaziabad also graced the occasion with their presence.

The flag hoisting ceremony was conducted in the presence of eminent dignitaries with the voice of National Anthem from each and every soul present in the vicinity.  All the students and staff saluted the tricolour with great respect and honour.

Addressing the gathering Shri Teluram Kambhoj Ji Mayor- Ghaziabad, Mr. Kamal Sekri, Guest of Honour, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director -IMS, Mr. R.K. Manocha, Director- MCA  programme, with the message to the youth to rise for the country and to be united in the development of the country. The whole event was full of splendid performances by students of IMS Ghaziabad organized by cultural committee of the Institute and ended up with sweet distribution

Overall, a great celebration indeed!
