Competency Development Program on Brain Power & Memory Enhancement by CCDR – IMS Ghaziabad

Under the stewardship of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director  IMS Ghaziabad, Centre for Competency Development & Research  – A Training & Research Arm of IMS Ghaziabad conducted the  Training Session  “ Brain Power & Memory Sharpening” for the Indian Postal Services Officers at Rafi Ahmed Khan National Postal Academy on   March 11th,2015.

The session was enthusiastically taken up by the participants as it included  Quizzes, Mind Stimulators & Exercises along with the Brain Power enhancing Techniques & tactics and Memory Sharpening Skills.

The trainer exhibited his expertise in memorizing the list of 50 2-digit numbers displayed in just 30 seconds. The participants were amazed by the Mind boggling tendencies and techniques through which memory can be sharpened and brain powers can be enhanced.

The AIR formula (Association, Imagination & Ridiculous thinking) around which the entire ball game revolved was revealed to the participants and they themselves could memorize the content given through various quizzes and exercises.

The session was followed by High Tea with the Joint Directors  from RAKNPA Mr. Umesh Verma, Trainer, Mr.Deepak Choubey & Session Convener, Ms.Guneet Oberoi from IMS Ghaziabad.
