IMS Ghaziabad Organized a Training Program for EdCIL (India) Ltd

Centre for Competency Development & Research Department of IMS Ghaziabad organized a two days intensive Training Program on “Project Management” for the employees of EdCIL (India) Limited on February 23 & 24, 2016 at IMS Ghaziabad.

The two days training program began with the Welcome address by Dr. Tapan Kumar Nayak, PGDM Chairperson – IMS Ghaziabad, in the presence of the Corporate Trainer Col. (Retd.) H.S. Walia Dr. S.K. Dubey, Associate Prof. Operation and Associate Program Chairperson PGDM, Dr. Lata Bajpai Singh Associate Prof. & Area Chairperson – HR along with the participants from EdCIL.

During the two days program the participants were exposed to various topics such as the processes and phases of any project, the need identification of the project, Project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control. The sessions were full of interaction, discussion based on Case Methods and experiential learning and the participants were engaged in the training shared their issues and concern related to Operations Management.

The two days training programme concluded with the valedictory session & Certificate distribution. In the end vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Lata Bajpai Singh.
